Most ketamine treatments throughout the country are considered an out of pocket or out of network expense. If your plan offers out of network options for reimbursement, our practice can provide you with the appropriate billing codes during a free consultation with one of our physicians, so that you may work with your insurer to determine whether our treatments are eligible for reimbursement. 

After treatment, patients who wish to submit their treatments for reimbursement will recieve a "superbill" to submit to their insurance provider independently. Some of our patients report seeing 20-80% reimbursement of their ketamine infusion treatments.
