Our Process

Initial Consultation

One of our Board-Certified Physicians will schedule an intake phone call with you to review your medical history, symptoms, and goals to determine if Ketamine Infusion Therapy is the right treatment for you. There is NO cost to the consultation

Physical Health Evaluation and Forms

If you are interested in moving forward we will send you two forms: a health intake form and a consent form. The health intake form reviews your medical history and medications in order for our physicians to review this prior to any ketamine administered. This requires your name, an email address and a cell phone number.

Review a Treatment Course

Based on your evaluation and goals of treatment, we'll recommend the most appropriate form of Ketamine treatment for you and determine the cadence with which you'd require infusions and booster infusions.

First Infusion & Questions Answered

After reviewing your health information and clarifying questions about your health history if needed, your first appointment with us will include your first infusion. Please arrive early to your first appointment so that it allows time for questions to be answered and what to expect during and after the infusion. The infusion generally takes 40 minutes and then 15-20 minutes to recover. You'll need a caretaker to drive you home, but side-effects are usually mild (if they occur at all).

Infusion Series Scheduling

Before or after the first infusion we try to schedule the next infusions based on availability and your schedule. We try our best to remain flexible to your schedule and the schedule of your escort/ride. We recommend combining ketamine infusion therapy with your existing courses of treatment, and utilizing talk therapy to help process any emotions or effects that arise as a result of your infusions. Studies show the combination of ketamine infusion therapy and talk therapy can help broaden your perspectives on life and overcome grief, anxiety, and depression.

Forging Ahead

Depending on your course of treatment, you may return for ketamine booster infusions within weeks or months (on average 6 weeks to 3 months), ultimately transitioning to fewer booster sessions over time to help you retain the benefits of the treatment. You can contact us to schedule a booster if/when you feel like the positive effects of the ketamine are waning. Please allow for timely scheduling but typically we can schedule you for your booster infusion within a week after contacting us.

Integrative Therapies

We recommend combining ketamine infusion therapy with other traditional and holistic approaches for mental health, including acupuncture, mindfulness, yoga, art, and music therapies.

We have integrative therapies upon request that will guide you before, during, and after the induction series. This is an additional additive service for a fee.
